01What a pre-reservation is
You are reserving hectares of Amazon rainforest. You are not buying active protection today, and you are not buying land.
The reason is simple and we would rather say it plainly: the PSA agreements with the landowners have not been signed yet. Until they are, nothing is under protection. A pre-reservation secures your place — and your price — for when they are.
Price, quantity and billing
You choose how many hectares. The price is per hectare and multiplies by the quantity in both plans.
Annual — N × USD 220, paid once, now. A single payment. Nothing recurring while it is still a pre-reservation. Example: 5 hectares = USD 1,100, charged once.
Monthly — N × USD 22, charged every month, starting today, until you cancel. This is a recurring charge and it begins immediately, before protection starts. It does not stop after twelve months. Example: 5 hectares = USD 110 every month, or USD 1,320 over twelve months — more than the USD 1,100 of the annual plan, which is the discounted way to pay.
VAT is included in the price shown. Nothing is added at checkout.
Your card statement will say “AW Hope”. Your contract is with HopeAmazon Consultoria em Sustentabilidade S.A., the Brazilian parent company in Porto Velho. Payments are collected in US dollars by AW Hope LLC (USA), acting on its behalf as the payment processing entity. Same service, one counterparty — the detail is in the Terms.
02What you receive today
These are live and delivered the moment your first payment clears:
- A named reservation record. A record in our database in your name, with a unique number, the date, and how many hectares you reserved. It confirms your reservation — it is not yet a protection certificate, because protection has not begun.
- Access to your dashboard, where you can see your subscription status, your next billing date, the date your protection currently runs until, and your certificate.
- Updates by email about the reserves under the programme and the progress of the work.
03What is not built yet
We would rather lose a subscriber than mislead one. The following are in development. We are not attaching a delivery date to them, because we do not have one we can honour:
- Protection itself. It begins when the PSA agreements with the landowners are signed. They are expected within one to two months and a court injunction is already in place, but we are not turning an expectation into a promise.
- Allocation of a specific plot to you. Your reservation is for a quantity of hectares, not yet for an individually mapped 100×100 m plot with coordinates.
- Satellite imagery of your own area. We do not yet produce a satellite capture of an area allocated to you.
- A monthly report on your area. Not yet produced or sent.
When any of these ships, it is included in your subscription at no extra cost, for as long as it is active.
04What this is not
A subscription does not give you, and is never represented as giving you:
- ownership, possession or any real right over land;
- a carbon credit, an offset, or any tradable environmental asset;
- a financial investment, a security, or any expectation of financial return;
- a token, a crypto-asset or anything recorded on a blockchain.
The certificate is a record of the service you are funding. It has no market value and cannot be resold.
05Refunds and the six-month guarantee
If protection does not begin within 6 months
You get a full refund. Counted from the date of your purchase, not from any later milestone.
And monthly billing stops on its own. If six months pass and protection has not begun, we pause your monthly charges automatically — you do not have to notice, ask, or chase us. Nobody is billed indefinitely for a service that never started.
You can also cancel at any time from your dashboard. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on top of everything above. The detail, including the model withdrawal form, is in the Terms.
